You will be dropped off at the bus station downtown located in front of the new market. You will be quickly surrounded by drivers of motorcycle taxis, tuk-tuks and taxis. They all will try to direct you to hotels / guesthouses paying the most commission. They will even tell you stories that Mohachai is closed down by the police, burned down the day before, that we are located in a dangerous area or that we have dirty rooms. Insist that they take you to Mohachai. All of them know where Mohachai is located.
