We are located just a 1 minute walk away from the most popular beaches (Serendipity and Ochheuteal) and only 2 minutes walk away from the late night party bars. The night market at the Golden Lion round about is also at walking distance. We consider ourselves as an oasis in this part of Sihanoukville. A good nights rest is guaranteed. Our premises are quite spread out and has a nice garden with plants, banana and coconut trees. Feel free to get your own coconut by climbing the tree at your own risk.

Although Sihanoukville is as save as any other beach town in the world we offer you free private lockers in the games area. You can out your own padlock to lock it. We also have two security guards at our premise from 7 pm till 7 am.

All of our rooms and bungalows have private bathrooms with showers and western style toilets and windows. They are equipped with fans and queen or king size beds.

Our restaurant offers you a wide variety of Western and Asian dishes at reasonable prices. The kitchen is open from 7 am till 10.30 pm. You can enjoy your meal either in your room (no extra charge) or in the restaurant/bar area.

Our bar area is divided into two areas. On the lower level you can play pool, darts, chess or even your guitar. The upper level (the street level) contains the U-shaped bar and is the place to meet other people. We have of course bar stools but also very comfortable seats and even 2 hanging seats which are quite popular with our guests.

You can read your book there, listen to your IPod, plan the rest of your trip, watch Friends or the Sopranos, look at the people passing by or exchange experiences with other travelers. We have a good reputation on the music we play at our bar during the afternoon and evening. If you want you can plug in your MP3 player onto our sound system and listen to your own favorite songs. At the bar we also have a PC connected to our sound and video system with about 700 GB music and music clips.  Feel free to use WINAMP and play your favorite music.

During the high season we show on our big 2 * 1,5 meter screen the latest movies, the major sp ort events like Football,  Tennis, Formula 1 races or DVD music concerts. Once a week we show documentaries about the history of Cambodia (Khmer Rouge and the years after). During the low season you are free to  pick a movie from our collection and watch it on our big screen. Of course if you have a DVD player you can borrow a movie and watch it in your room (no extra charge).
Our bar is open from 7 am till late.
