  We have several kind of rooms from budget fan rooms to Superior Rooms with AirCon, hot water and color cable TV. We also have wooden bungalows available. All rooms have their own bathrooms with shower and western style toilets.

  Our front desk staff speak good English. Ask them anything you want to and they will try to answer your questions whether it is about things to do or how people live in Cambodia. The rest of the staff are also trying their upmostto let you enjoy your stay at Mohachai.

  We have an easy going environment consisting of a bar/restaurant, a nice garden, a terrace area, darts and a pool table. If you want you can plug in your IPod or MP3 player onto our sound system and listen to your favorite music.
• Our Bar
  A U-shaped bar is the meeting place and is not too big so it is easy to get in touch with other guests. Drinks are reasonable priced. If you want to you can mix your own cocktails. In this area we have a 2 by 1,5 meter big screen on which we show live DVD concerts, the latest movies and the major sport events. You can pick a concert or movie from our big collection and watch it on the big screen.
• The Location
  We are not located on the beach but just 80 meters from the Serendipity and Ochheuteal beaches. Far enough to get good night’s rest and close enough to walk to the beach. The major late night bars to go are also just a 2 minutes walk away. The night market at the Golden Lion roundabout is 3 min
• Free WiFi
  Free WiFi is available in the rooms and the bar/restaurant area. As one of the few guesthouses in Cambodia we have a Fiber Optic connection which guarantees a fast and stable internet connection.  Skype calls will be of good quality with almost no delays, uploading your pictures is also particular fast.
